ABI Events : bringing people together through CSR
Each year, ABI Events brings together volunteer employees for sporting, recreational and team-based activities. The objective: strengthen team cohesion and promote wellbeing at work in a setting outside the industrial environment.

FAQ CSR at ABI Profils
Corporate Social Responsibility in the plastics sector involves reducing environmental impact (circular economy, recycling, energy management), contributing positively to the local economy and improving social conditions for employees.
ABI Profils focuses on three pillars:
- Environment: recycling of production scrap, ISO 14001 certification, GPI certification, energy optimisation.
- Societal: local partnerships, involvement in community life, transparency with customers.
- Social: workplace health and safety, inclusion through a sheltered workshop (CAT), continuous training.
Our production scrap is recycled and reintegrated into our extrusion lines. We also work with recycled or bio-based materials and optimise our processes to reduce waste at source.
We are ISO 14001 certified (environmental management) and GPI certified (management of industrial plastic pellets). Our ambition is to obtain ECOVADIS certification to strengthen international recognition of our commitments.
A sheltered workshop (CAT) is integrated into our site for finishing activities. We also develop onboarding and training programmes to support new talent.
By integrating CSR into plastic extrusion, we provide our customers with:
