In addition to our extrusion expertise and in line with your specifications, we offer a wide range of finishing options. Thanks to our integrated post-processing workshop located directly within our production site in Monistrol-sur-Loire, our various production modules and in-line automation systems enable us to deliver a fully finished product that meets your requirements, while ensuring responsiveness, flexibility and complete quality control across all finishing operations.
Finishes performed directly on the extrusion Line
Our 15 single- and twin-screw extrusion lines are equipped with modules that allow the integration of the following operations:
- Drilling, tapping and punching: oblong, round or calibrated holes, according to your technical drawings
- In-line inkjet printing: logos, batch numbers, traceability, custom text
- In-line adhesive application: double-sided, repositionable, etc.
- In-line protective film application
- In-line magnetic strip application
- In-line special cuts: bevel cut 15°, 30°, 45°, flat cut, etc.

Post-extrusion and custom finishing operations
We also carry out advanced finishing operations downstream of extrusion in a dedicated workshop equipped with manual, semi-automated and cobot-assisted workstations:
- Flaring / tulip forming (controlled heating and deformation of the ends)
- Special machining (tubes and profiles)
- Internal or external threading (via screwing or tapping)
- Conditioning and sub-assembly assembly
- Stapling or fixing additional components
- Plaxing
