● Flexible PVC covering sheath (all hardness levels)

Technical information
Our plastic sheaths are manufactured by extrusion, a process that ensures perfect material consistency and stable quality. With 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, we adapt our production capabilities to your needs — from prototype batches to large-scale production.
This controlled process guarantees:
- High dimensional accuracy
- Optimised mechanical and thermal resistance
- Long service life and consistent surface quality
Caractéristiques principales :
● Épaisseur fine (à partir de 0,4 mm)
● Gaine de recouvrement en PVC souple (toutes duretés)
● Version transparente ou colorée
● Gaine de protection avec des Ø sur-mesure
● Livrées en bobines (ML) ou en longueurs découpées
● Moyenne et grande série (de quelques grammes à 1 kg/mètre)
Materials used
Our flexible plastic sheaths are available in several technical materials selected according to your specifications.
Main polymers used:
- Flexible PVC: excellent balance of flexibility, strength and cost
- LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene): flexibility and chemical resistance
- SEBS (thermoplastic elastomer): soft touch, thermal stability, plasticiser-free
- Other flexible materials on request (TPU, EVA, etc.)
Each formulation is adapted to your technical, aesthetic and environmental requirements to ensure optimal performance.
Manufacturing process and quality
The molten material is homogenised, calibrated and cooled under strict control, ensuring consistent performance from one batch to the next.
Equipped with 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, we adjust our production capacity to your needs, from prototypes to high-volume manufacturing.
Every production run is traceable, inspected and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
