Anti-Slip Hoop Tubes (Bi-Material)
- Standard diameters: Ø 65 cm, Ø 75 cm, Ø 85 cm
- Outer anti-slip coating for improved grip
- Ideal for intensive use in schools, sports centres and leisure activities
Joining options
- Crystal interlocking splice: economical and quick to assemble
- Mirror welding: seamless finish for a uniform appearance without visible joints
Our extrusion lines allow us to produce hoop tubes that are lightweight, consistent and resistant, meeting safety and durability requirements.
Materials used
ABI Profils hoop tubes are extruded from high-performance polymers selected for their suitability to sports and leisure applications.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

Manufacturing process and quality
The molten material is homogenised, calibrated and cooled under strict control to ensure consistent performance from batch to batch.
With 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, we adapt our production capacity to your needs — from prototypes to large-scale manufacturing.
Each production run is traceable, inspected and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
