Material used

PVC (Polyvinyl chloride)

Manufacturing process and quality

ABI Profils dip tubes are produced using plastic extrusion, a process that ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, material consistency, and industrial repeatability.

Our production facility includes 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines (WEBER, AMUT, BATTENFELD CINCINNATI), all equipped with ZUMBACH online control systems for continuous monitoring of diameter and ovality.

This quality control system is supported by:

• Regular operator checks
• Advanced metrological inspections
• Final inspection before dispatch

Functional testing is performed according to the intended application, including:

• Mechanical strength and durability tests
• Assembly and retention tests
• Flow and fluid circulation tests (Freeflow)

Finishing and assembly

ABI Profils dip tubes are supplied ready for integration, with finishing operations carried out either inline or as part of post-processing.
