Thanks to our integrated engineering office, we intervene from the design stage to guarantee the feasibility and industrial profitability of your products, along with reliable series production processes.
An expert team providing full project support
Our R&D department is made up of engineers and technicians specialised in plastic extrusion, using CAD/CAE software (such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD) to model your components in 2D and 3D.

Tooling manufacturing
Our teams design and manufacture bespoke tooling for even the most complex plastic tubes, profiles and mandrels, with rapid adjustment capability during trials or production changes.
