Our flexible extruded tubes are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
They ensure controlled flexibility, dimensional stability and long-term chemical resistance.

- Inside diameter: Ø 3 mm to Ø 80 mm
- Coil length: 50 m to 1000 m (depending on diameter)
- Widths available: 100 mm to 4000 mm, with in-line cutting if required
- Dimensional tolerances: adjusted to your specifications
- Packaging: coils, reels, rolls or cut-to-length sections
Customisation options
- Colours matched to RAL or customer sample

Materials used

Manufacturing process and quality
Our flexible tubes are produced using plastic extrusion.
The material is melted, homogenised by a screw system and precisely shaped through a calibrated extrusion die.
With 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, ABI Profils offers versatile production capacity and full traceability from prototyping to industrial-scale manufacturing.
Our processes are part of a sustainable production approach, with continuous optimisation of material flows and energy consumption.
Each batch undergoes continuous inspection, and all manufacturing complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
