Our production campaigns begin in summer to guarantee stock availability before each winter season.
Material used
To meet all terrain requirements, ABI Profils offers three main formulations for road signage stakes:
Crystal PVC (Impact-Resistant and UV-Resistant)
- Excellent resistance to impacts and harsh weather
- Long-lasting transparency and gloss
- Recommended for high-snowfall areas or regions with limited visibility
HDPE ECO
- Very lightweight and easy to handle
- Good chemical resistance and thermal stability
- Suitable for temporary or frequently moved installations
HDPE ECO 2R (Reinforced – Recycled)
- Developed with an eco-responsible approach using recycled material
- Enhanced mechanical strength and longer lifespan
- Ideal for municipalities seeking high performance with environmental benefits
Manufacturing process and quality
Our road signage stakes are produced on single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, a process that guarantees dimensional consistency and tube durability.
The material is melted, extruded through a calibrated die, cooled and cut to the required length.
With 15 extrusion lines, we ensure flexible, responsive production adapted to seasonal demand.
Finishing options
Our stakes are delivered ready to install, with several possible finishes:
- Class II reflective band application for optimal visibility
- Installation of conical or helical tips for easier placement in snow or frozen ground
- Anti-freeze caps to protect tube ends
- Custom printing available (logo, numbering, identification)
All finishing operations are performed in-line or post-extrusion to ensure optimal adhesion and long-term durability.
Each production batch is traceable, inspected and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
