Our custom plastic tubes are manufactured by extrusion according to your precise specifications. Each project benefits from full monitoring, rigorous traceability and continuous quality control.
Available properties:
- Outside diameters: Ø 4 mm to Ø 130 mm
- Wall thicknesses: thin or reinforced depending on requirements
- Colours: transparent, opaque, tinted or RAL-matched
- Lengths: on request
- Formats: straight tubes, coils, cut lengths or custom packaging
Our teams can design complex geometries and multi-material configurations to meet functional requirements such as insulation, protection, guidance, chemical resistance and enhanced rigidity.
Material used
ABI PROFILS tubes are manufactured from technical polymers selected for their mechanical, chemical and thermal performance.
- Rigid / Soft PVC: chemical resistance, flexibility, durability
- PPP / PP GF: lightweight, mechanical strength, fatigue resistance
- HDPE / LDPE: excellent impact and moisture resistance
- SEBS: elasticity, UV resistance, dimensional stability
- PA6: rigidity, heat resistance, structural strength
- ABS: mechanical strength, high-quality surface finish
- PS: rigidity, transparency, easy forming
- PETG: transparency, chemical resistance, recyclability
We also offer regenerated materials for more eco-responsible solutions without compromising performance.
Manufacturing process
Our tubes are produced through plastic extrusion.
The material is melted, homogenised by a screw system, and precisely shaped through a calibrated extrusion die.
Equipped with 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, ABI Profils ensures versatile production capabilities and full traceability from prototyping to large-scale manufacturing.
Our processes follow a sustainable production approach, with continuous optimisation of material flows and energy consumption.
Each batch undergoes continuous inspection, and all manufacturing complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
