Since 1973, ABI Profils has been designing and producing bespoke extrusion tooling for the manufacture of technical tubes, mandrels and profiles. Our industrial expertise, combined with a dedicated tooling department, enables us to control every stage of the process — from 3D design through to final compliance on the extrusion line. With proven experience in technical plastics processing, we develop high-precision extrusion dies and complementary modules adapted to the mechanical, thermal and chemical constraints of your industrial applications.

Tooling adapted to plastic materials
Our extrusion dies and heads are compatible with a wide range of standard and technical polymers:
- Rigid and flexible PVC
- Polyethylene (HDPE, PETG)
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Polyamide (PA)
- Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
- Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA)
- Polycarbonate (PC)

We also design tooling for multimaterial co-extrusion or post-extrusion, enabling the combination of several properties (rigidity, flexibility, transparency, chemical resistance, etc.)
These tools allow for the series production of:
- Plastic tubes (flexible, rigid, sheaths)
- Plastic mandrels (smooth or grooved interior, various diameters)
- Technical profiles extruded, co-extruded or post-extruded (standard or complex)

Long-term support: tool maintenance and improvement
Our technical teams provide ongoing technical monitoring, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of your tools to enhance the quality of your production. Each tool is assigned a detailed life sheet and can be adapted or upgraded as part of product evolutions.

Our in-house engineering office supports your projects from the earliest development stage.

Our workshops are equipped with 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, along with several co-extrusion and post-extrusion units, enabling the combination of rigid, flexible, transparent or coloured materials.
