- Definition of a dedicated inspection plan for each new project
- Establishment of dimensional and functional control criteria in collaboration with our R&D department
- Preparation of detailed inspection reports in accordance with customer specifications

In-line production controls
- Continuous in-line measurement (diameter, ovality, single or multilayer thickness, concentricity, bow, length)
- HD camera monitoring to detect visual, aesthetic and geometric defects
- Real-time optimisation of settings using ASCONA technology, comparing the produced profile with the client’s drawing

Internal laboratory controls
- Metrological checks using precision instruments (callipers, gauges, profile projectors, 3D scanners, colourimeters, ohmmeters, etc.)
- Reinforced functional and statistical controls depending on application criticality

Training & Knowledge Transfer (TSFT Unit)
Our Quality Department provides continuous training to all employees on customer requirements and metrology tools. This approach is part of our TSFT – Technological Know-How Transfer Unit, which ensures:
