Material used

Copolyester : transparency and strength

Copolyester is the base material of the IProfiles® range. It offers an optimal combination of optical clarity, mechanical resistance and dimensional stability.

Adhesive system

Developed with European leaders in industrial adhesives, the system ensures exceptional bonding on glass and polymers while absorbing mechanical and thermal stresses.

Manufacturing process and quality

IProfiles® are produced by plastic extrusion, a continuous process ensuring precision, uniformity and flawless visual quality.

The thermoplastic material is heated, homogenised and extruded through a dedicated die to form the profile.

The profile is then calibrated, cooled and cut to ensure:

• perfect transparency,
• consistent dimensions,
• an optical-grade surface finish

ABI Profils operates 15 single- and twin-screw extrusion lines (WEBER, AMUT, BATTENFELD CINCINNATI), offering controlled, flexible production suitable for industrial volumes.

Every batch is traceable, inspected and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
