Material used
Our plastic rods are extruded from polymers selected for their mechanical and chemical properties.
- Rigid PVC: mechanical strength, easy machining
- Flexible PVC: flexibility, impact and abrasion resistance
- PP (Polypropylene): lightweight, excellent chemical resistance
- HDPE / LDPE: impact resistance, durability, dimensional stability
- ABS : rigidity, thermal resistance and dimensional accuracy
Each formulation can be customised (UV-resistant, food-grade, recycled, flame-retardant) according to your technical and environmental requirements.
Manufacturing process and quality
The molten material is homogenised, calibrated and cooled under strict control, ensuring consistent performance from one batch to the next.
With 15 single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, we adapt our production capacity to your needs — from prototypes to large-scale manufacturing.
Every production run is traceable, inspected and compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
