ABI PROFILS’ production has once again seen a noticeably increase this year, due to in-company training, investment in R&D and improvements carried out on its production material.

These production tools, dedicated to the extrusion of plastic profiles, plastic tubes, plastic sheaths and strips prove our capacity to innovate and adapt in different ways to the changing market and consumer habits on a daily basis.

First of all in our capacity to design and manufacture high performance extrusion tools in the different fields of plastic profiles, plastic tubes, plastic strips and other coextrusion components.

By integrating innovative technologies into our two component coextruded profiles and our coextruded tubes.

By taking into account sustainable development with an environmental policy aimed towards “clean” materials along with investments on our production lines for polyolefins with fillers, additives or reinforced to manufacture PP and PE tubes as well as cores used for winding.

Lastly by implementing the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy, a thorough policy in terms of safety and work risks prevention and a health and safety commitment alongside the “Caisse Régionale d’Assurance Maladie” in Clermont-Ferrand to identify and work towards key objectives in this domain.

We are constantly striving to improve our range of standard and made-to-measure PVC tubes and profiles. Our know how is deployed in the manufacturing of a variety of polymer materials including :

• Polypropylenes and polyethylenes (with FV, mineral filler)
• ABS and PS
• Polycarbonates
• Polyamides
• Rigid and flexible, coloured or transparent PVC
• EPDM or SEBS as well as anti-static and conductive materials (ESD)
