Material Used

Our plastic rods are produced using carefully selected materials chosen for their specific properties:

• Rigid PVC: excellent mechanical strength and easy to machine
• Flexible PVC: high flexibility, shock and abrasion resistance
• PP (Polypropylene): lightweight, chemically resistant
• HDPE / LDPE (High or Low Density Polyethylene): durable, shock-absorbing, chemically resistant

Manufacturing Process & Quality

Our plastic rods are produced using the plastic extrusion process. This ensures uniform quality and full compliance with the most stringent manufacturing standards. The raw material is melted, homogenised, and shaped through an extrusion die.
At ABI Profils, we operate 15 mono- and twin-screw extrusion lines, allowing us to match our production capabilities to the precise needs of your project.
