Technical Information
Manufacturing Technique
Our plastic sheaths are produced by plastic extrusion, the most common manufacturing process for this type of product. The material is first melted, then homogenized using a screw, and finally pressed through an extruder. The plastic material used is determined by your specifications. We are moving towards a 4.0 factory with cutting-edge technology, equipped with 15 single and twin-screw extrusion lines, allowing versatility and a tailored response to all your requirements. Our plastic sheaths are therefore of superior quality and have a long lifespan.

Buying Plastic Sheaths from ABI Profils
With over 40 years of experience in manufacturing plastic sheaths, ABI Profils produces technical sheaths from different plastic materials according to your needs. Our plastic sheaths are mainly made from flexible PVC, LDPE, SEBS, and, in general, any other flexible material.
