Materials Used

ABI Profils paint roller tubes are made from carefully selected materials to ensure excellent performance:

• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): Known for its robustness and resistance to deformation under stress.
• PP (Polypropylene): Available in homopolymers or copolymers, it provides excellent lightness and durability against mechanical and chemical stresses.

These materials comply with current environmental standards, including REACH, to meet the strictest European regulations.

Manufacturing Process and Quality

Paint roller tubes are produced through plastic extrusion. This process guarantees homogeneous products that meet the highest quality standards. The material is melted, homogenised, and pressed through an extruder to shape the paint roller tubes.

At ABI Profils, we operate 15 single and twin-screw extrusion lines, allowing us to adapt our production capabilities to the specifications of your projects.
