Materials Used

Our hoop tubes are manufactured using carefully selected materials:

• High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): Provides excellent robustness, vibrant colours (RAL palette available), and long-lasting durability for extended use.
• Bi-material solutions: Includes anti-slip coatings to enhance grip and comfort during use.

These materials deliver an optimal experience while meeting stringent quality and safety standards.

Manufacturing Process and Quality

Hoop tubes are produced through plastic extrusion. This process ensures homogeneous products that meet the highest quality standards. The material is melted, homogenised, and pressed through an extruder to shape the hoop tubes.

At ABI Profils, we operate 15 single and twin-screw extrusion lines, allowing us to adapt our production capabilities to your project specifications.
