Originating from the top of the range of tubular extrusion, we offer this product in almost all diameters of 3 inches, with smooth or ribbed interior options, and for all web widths.

Manufacturing Process and Quality

Our High Impact Polystyrene cores are produced through plastic extrusion. This process ensures consistent, high-quality products that meet the strictest quality standards. The material is melted, homogenised, and then pressed through an extruder to shape the cores.
At ABI Profils, we operate with 15 single- and twin-screw extrusion lines, enabling us to adapt our production capacity to your project specifications.
