Manufacturing Process and Quality
Extrusion is the most common manufacturing process for plastic core tubes. The material is first melted, then homogenised using a screw, and finally pressed through an extruder. The plastic material used is determined by your specifications. We are moving towards a 4.0 manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art technology. We are equipped with 15 single- and twin-screw extrusion lines, providing versatility and a tailored response to your requirements. Our plastic core tubes are therefore of superior quality and have a long service life.

To follow the different stages of your development, we work under a PDS (Product Development Sheet). A functional and aesthetic analysis will focus on manufacturing feasibility, as well as industrialisation costs.
